Drop one tablet into a cup of warm water. I recommend cleaning retainers weekly. This is acceptable for clear retainers, night guards, mouth guards, appliances with acrylic and metal, and Invisalign aligner trays. This is NOT recommended for partial or complete denture cleaning.
