You’ve all heard me tell you that chewing ice isn’t good for your teeth – it can create microfracture and lead to sensitivity and full fracture to the point of non-restorability (especially if you have existing fillings) resulting in tooth loss BUT if you’re gonna chew ice… at least make it a “softer” version like this pellet ice. Do I have one of these myself? Yes. I love it. Best birthday/christmas present ever. Do I chew the ice? I’ll never tell.
