Instead of p![Don't floss like this! It hurts 😖
Instead of popping the floss down onto the papilla, saw the floss down between the contact and gently hug the tooth (C-shape method) and scrub the floss along either side of that gum triangle (papilla).
You can clean this area effectively with floss picks, string floss, or even interdental brushes. Choose the tool that you can use most effectively and consistently!
