I prefer white strips to toothpastes (abrasive) or mouthwashes (low concentration and brief exposure time so poor effect and also can damage healthy tissues when used daily and swished through entire mouth). In-office dental whitening is effective, too, but these are great for inexpensive OTC. What you trade off in concentration (lower cost) will require a longer time (vs in-office) to get to a desired whitening effect.
